Tiffany Thomas is a Milwaukee native who currently serves the City of Milwaukee's Department of Employee Relations. Tiffany is a founding member of The Hive, the City of Milwaukee's LGBTQ employee resource group, and was the keynote speaker at the National LGBT History Month ceremony at Milwaukee City Hall on October 10, 2023.

Tiffany joined the Advisory Panel of the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project in November 2023.
