Fred Reilly, better known as "Casey", passed away following a heart attack on November 15 of 2007. Casey was known in the LGBTQ community as Director and CEO of STD Specialties Clinic, which offered free healthcare such as HIV and other STD screening and treatment.

Casey's death was reported in an article in Quest magazine vol. 14-19 in November 2007:

    STD SPECIALTIES DIRECTOR DEAD OF HEART ATTACK

    Milwaukee- Fred "Casey" Reilly, 49, died suddenly of a massive heart attack here November l5. Casey was the Director and CEO of STD Specialties Clinic for more than eleven years. Reilly joined the clinic following the receipt of an Associate Degree in nursing, specializing in STDs and HIV from WCTC in 1994. Survivors included his parents of Lake Linden, Michigan. Funeral services were held in neighboring Calumet on November 24.

    Other survivors include three brothers and other cousins and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Lon, his maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorials can be sent to The Fred Reilly Scholarship Fund at WCTC, Waukesha or STD Specialties Clinic in Milwaukee. A local remembrance service was held Saturday, December 8 at O'Donoghue's Irish Pub in Elm Grove.
