Men's Voices Milwaukee (Affinity Performing Arts) was formed in June 2001 and performs three to four times a year in addition to benefit appearances. A tennant of the Milwaukee LGBT Center, they bring musical diversity to the host of organizations found there.

In late 2005, the Affinity began to work on a complementary women's chorus, with a fundraiser in October 2005. In June 2006 the Men's Voices concert featured "special guests" the debut performance of the new "Women's Voices Milwaukee" chorus.
