Miller Brewing Company

"Investing in the priority needs of our community is as important as making great beer."

Mike Jones, Senior Vice President of Miller Brewing Company believes deeply in the commitment of Miller Brewing to give back to its customers and the communities where they live.

"Ultimately there can be no choice between doing the right thing for the company and the right thing for society."

More than 20 years ago, Miller Brewing Company became the first corporation in Wisconsin to invest in the fight against AIDS. Every year since, Miller has made major donations that have totaled more than $1 million to support AIDS services across Wisconsin.

When AIDS Walk Wisconsin was created in 1990 as the state’s largest AIDS fundraiser, Miller Brewing Company became its presenting sponsor, a sponsorship that it has sustained ever since.

AIDS is one of five priorities that Miller Brewing supports through its corporate social investment platform called Miller REACH. Miller reaches out to support AIDS prevention, care and treatment through grants, sponsorships and partnerships. Miller employees also reach out by volunteering and through donations that support AIDS programs from their employee fund.

Jones believes that the strong commitment of Miller Brewing Company on AIDS must continue.

"We look forward to helping our community reach new possibilities and new milestones of success in our shared effort against AIDS."
