Very little is known about 'The Kloset' bar in Beloit. The 'Wisconsin Light' newspaper (volume 11-issue 19, pg 9) shows an advertisement for its Grand Opening as being September 12, 1998.

We have thus far found only a single additional advertisement, in the June-July 1999 issue of 'Quest' magazine, saying 'Come see who's in The Kloset', adverrtising a 4th of July drag show and dance.

We will be researching the dates this bar was listed in the media bar Guides to try to narrow the timeline.
