Previously located a few miles south and known simply as "Club 94", in 2003 the owner relocated the bar to this area, which had recently attracted attention with 2 other gay bars. Club 94-North thus took over the building of one of those bars and renamed themselves "Club 94 North". In addition to a more intimate front bar, and a much larger dance bar in back, a side room held pool tables and also opened up to an outdoor patio area.

As had been the case with the previous location, Club 94 North was a popular spot. Even though there was much more parking here than at the previous location, the larger dance floor and multiple rooms attracted an even larger crowd. It continued to attract people from Milwaukee and northern Illinois in addition to the Racine and Kenosha area regulars, for Friday and Saturday night dancing as well as special events, shows, and contests.

For a time there were rumors that the land behind (east of) the bar would be used for expansion, and possibly even another type of venue. Instead, late in 2005, the owner sold the bar; it remained open under the old name until April 2006, when a "Grand Opening" party was held for the newly renamed Club ICON under the new ownership-- and while a 21 year tradition of 'Club-94' in southeastern Wisconsin came to an end, Club ICON carried on for at least 15 years afterward- just as popular.
